1. | To approve and take on record the un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2011. |
2. | Allotment of Shares to persons other than promoter group. |
3. | To consider the proposed Amalgamation of Ajel Technologies India Private Limited., a wholly owned subsidiary Company, with the Company subject to legal formalities, under the applicable laws & approval of Hon'ble High Court Judicature and to take appropriate decisions. |
