Hyderabad, June 17, 2013 – AJEL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2013, has transacted the following:

1. Approval of notice of the Annual General Meeting for the Financial year 2012-13 to be held on August 01, 2013 at 10.00 a.m.

2. To seek approval of members through the process of Postal Ballot under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2011 for passing Special Resolution under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956, for the amendment of Main objects of the Company.

In this regard, the Company has submitted BSE a copy of Calendar of events of the entire postal ballot.
